Marianela invites you to her house in Matanzas.

This large house (400 m2) has 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a nice kitchen and a patio.

 

The room for rent has:

- an "en suite" bathroom

- hot and cold running water 24/24

- two fans

- two beds (1 double, 1 single).

 

CUC 25 per night per room.

If you need to have some laundry done, this can be arranged.

 

Only Marianela and her son live here. The house is clean and quiet.

At this point in time there is no air conditioning, but each rooms has two fans. The rooms as such are cool as the house is an old colonial style place with high ceilings and thick walls. As it is located on a corner it is well ventilated and benefits from being near a river.
